Add 6-8 drops of your favourite essential oil blend with 1 oz of distilled water into an aromatherapy diffuser.

  3 parts Lavender Pure Essential Oil
3 parts Orange, Sweet Pure Essential Oil
2 parts Ylang Ylang III Pure Essential Oil
 
Linen or Room Sprays
 
Combine a few drops of your favourite aromatherapy recipe blend with 1 tablespoon of distilled water, add to a spray bottle and refresh your room or add a relaxing touch to your bed linens.
