For centuries people have
been using a full range of natural oils, butters, herbs,
salts and other ingredients to care for and moisturize
their skin. An entire industry, that can be dated back
well into the 1800’s has evolved over the years and
grown into what is now a booming, commercial industry
that sells billions of dollars of skin care and cosmetic
products each year. As the industry has grown, and
companies have gotten larger, the ingredients that they
use have also changed, and many of today's consumers are
finding that they are unsure of many of the ingredients
that they are finding being used in the products that
they put on their skin.
Rainforest Organics started out years ago as Melanie,
the founder of our business, and at the time one of
these same consumers, searched for alternatives and
started to make her own products. Now, Rainforest
Organics Soap Co has grown, we have expanded and we have
gotten more sophisticated and knowledgeable, and over
the next few months we will be introducing a full line
of products to meet the requirements of a concerned but
discriminating consumer.
Rainforest Organics is
putting the final touches on a line that will include
all the necessary components to natural healthy skin.
Cleansers, Scrubs, Moisturizers and Toners. All
formulated using natural ingredients, packaged in
optimally recyclable containers, and priced to make it
affordable for everyone to use.
