hours per day / 7 days per week. You will receive
an email response, confirming your order within 24
hours. Be sure to include your complete

If there is no one available to take your call, please
feel free to leave your order and payment information on

Canadian funds. Payments via Credit Card will be
processed in Canadian funds and then converted to your

For your convenience, we accept payment via
Bank Money Order, Cheque or email transfer. At this
time we are unable to accept any cheques drawn on
non-Canadian Financial Institutions.
**Note**We must wait until your cheque or money order
has cleared our bank and the funds are confirmed before
your order can be shipped.

Shipping Rates:

For orders within Canada and the United States placed
online the freight is calculated at the time the order
is placed. For International orders or larger
wholesale orders the freight will be calculated and you
will be contacted with the freight rate for approval
before your order is shipped and payment is taken. |

Within Canada, orders are
shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Within the United States, orders are shipped via U.S.A.
Small Packed Airmail or US Expedited Parcel.
For orders outside of Canada and the United States,
orders are shipped via Canada Post's International
Surface Parcel or Small Packet Air Mail.

that these timeframes have been provided by Canada Post,
and are estimates only.
Some rural areas may
require longer delivery timeframes. For specific
delivery standards which are determined by postal code,

advises no published delivery standards for
International Surface Parcel service; however there is a
service expectation of 4-6 weeks to most international
destinations.

Natural Soap Co. we are completely confident that you
will love the feel of our 100% Natural Products as soon
as you begin using them. If however you decide
that something you've ordered is not quite the right
fit, feel free to
contact us.

Exchanges: We
want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your
Rainforest purchases. Please return your unused
and re-sellable items to us, in their original
packaging, within 30 days from the receipt of
your shipment and we will exchange your item(s) for
another item(s) of your choice less all shipping costs. |
|
|
Returns: We
are committed to providing you with the best quality
service and products! If, for whatever reason, you
are not happy with the products that you have ordered,
please return your unused and re-sellable
items to us, in their original packaging, within 30
days from the receipt of your shipment. Once
your return has been received, we will issue a refund,
less shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee, within 15
days.
Refunds will be
provided in the same way that the initial payment was
made
i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to
your Visa. |

Please
be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on
used or damaged items. Qualifying exchanges and
returns must be in their original packaging, and in
re-sellable condition. Thank you for your
